Buried Secrets: Prologue
Bodhi was looking at the dark night and shining stars, thinking of glowing eyes and the glowing star, the sun. "Bodhi!" Nisha interrupted his stargazing minute. "I think the eggs are about to hatch!" she called out. "Great! I'm coming.." Bodhi stood up and walked over to the unfinished hatchery, and looked over at the nest. One of the eggs, the bigger one, was moving around the nest, while the other was trying to crack open it's shell. Eventually the bigger egg opened it's shell, and outcame a small dragonet, however the other egg was still lying in the nest. Bodhi and Nisha looked over at the dragonet and the egg, and overtime the other egg hatched. Bodhi looked over at the bigger dragonet, "What should we name them?" Bodhi asked. "I'm out of ideas for now, however i think the smaller one should be named Penguin". Nisha replied. "Do you remember the animus?" "Yes, i do. However i think "Penguin" is a fitting name due to his black and white scales." "Well, if you insist." Bodhi then looked over at the bigger dragonet, wondering how she hatched out of the small egg. "I think we'll name her.. Cold Star!" Bodhi happily said. Nisha nodded to the mention of the name, and licked the dragonets. There was a soft knock on the door. "Who is it? And what are you doing at this time?" Nisha hissed, "Hello, it is I, Como, are the dragonets hatched yet?" The seawing spoke with his soft voice. "Ah yes, sorry for not calling you earlier.." Bodhi replied. Como opened the door and stepped inside, and when he looked at the dragonets, he rushed to them. "THEY'RE WONDERFUL!" "Shh.. You'll wake up the others.." Bodhi spoke. One of the dragonets was sleeping in the nest, and the other was chewing on Bodhi's tail. "Your majesty, i think you need to feed them..' Como spoke softly. "Okay, i'll go get fo-" Bodhi was caught off guard when Nisha left the room to get food. Eventually, she came back with a few cows. "Oh moons, you're back.." "Yes, i caught sume fuuud.." Nisha dropped the cows on the floor. Cold Star stopped chewing on her father's tail and crawled over to the cows to eat. To be continued...
