Appearance[]

Willow has dark green scales, dappled with paler green, soft and warm hues. His overscales are lined with light green scales with bleed into a darker color. The same can be said for his claws and horns. They just fade naturally into a color pleasantly lighter than the main scales. Willow looks soft and unthreatening as well; his pale green eyes are relaxed, and he often folds his wings, tying to make himself look small.

Willow has features typical of a LeafWing; there’s nothing special in his appearance. But his history? There’s certainly a few events worth noting there.

Personality[]

Loyal[]

Willow will never give up on anyone. He considers trust to be very important and is shocked at the idea of broken oaths or promises. He has many dragons, mostly friends, who knows they can rely on Willow. Betrayal is unthinkable for him and he constantly shows firm support for his friends and family.

Paranoid[]

He worries too much. Worries about things that will likely never happen, such as will my clawmates kill me in my sleep? Willow worries about everything that isn’t confirmed directly to him by a teacher or a parent or some other trusted dragon… there seems to be such few trusted dragons in his life.

Melancholy[]

Halocline[]

Willow likes the young princess, but doesn’t trust her — his father’s paranoia about royalty and his mother’s paranoia about SeaWings passed down to Willow. Halocline seems… scary, almost intimidating to him, though they’re the same age with only a few months apart. Willow often wonders if she has any intentions to take over Pyrrhia — one of the many reasons Halocline dislikes him and talks to him coldly, like Willow is only a low slug worth stepping on.
