  • Here it ends. The organization is on the verge of defeat, Muskellunge is in the grasp of capture. The demon children have watched the melee, Midnight is keeping Musky at gunpoint, and Scythe prepares to bring down Darkmount and Queen Enlightenment.

But a new threat is rising: Arbitrium. Will our heroes (and not so heroic dragons) be able to end the Faction War?

    • Musky shrugged and kicked down his gun. "I put mine down, see." He pulled up his coat, showing no other guns. "Now you put down yours so we can talk. I'd love to have a nice conversation with you about myself. Really, Midnight, I'm not a bad person." He smiled wryly.

    • Scythe saw Darkmount dodge all the dragons that came after her, she then put her talons behind her head in a relaxed position, she wasnt threatening or the like more like warning them about her mother but in a twisted way.

Scythe just pulled up her gun and shot darkmount once in the leg and once in her other leg, they werent serious wounds and she would live, but she wouldnt be able to run anymore.

    • Dark mount fell over. On her back. "Requip." She murmured. Her body looked like it was made of light. The light flashed brightly, then was gone. She was wearing armor. "Giant armor. Increases strength. Dark Lance." She was holding a spear. "Durable." She stood up, and leaned against it. "I'd rather not have to fight." She rolled her eyes. "Though maybe it could be fun... Nevermind. I'm not the one you need to worry about. Enlightenment though. I suggest you attack her." She looked down at her chest for an odd moment. "Anyway. It isn't nice to shoot someone in the leg." She shrugged, like someone had wacked or slapped her. "How rude." She scratched her neck, accidentally cutting it. "Opps." She didn't flinch. She scanned over all the troops. "You are pretty tough. Maybe you could take her on."

Midnight put the gun in her holster, where she could grab it easily. She stayed across the hall, away from him. "Why should I trust you?" She said as she kicked his gun far away. "Why shouldn't I kill you? I'd enjoy it, I bet. I'm in the mood." She said absentmindedly, though she was alert.

    • Scythe narrowed her eyes at Darkmount, she then said " i was deciding if i should let you go or take you back to Spera camp, if i let you go all hell is going to break lose in Spera camps all over, and if i bring you in that would settle things but then there is the point of what to do with you after, i shot you in the leg so you wouldnt try to run by the way" Scythe was trying to decide.

on one talon she had been responsible for the actual brainwashing, but on the other talon her mother made her do it and Darkmount didnt seem to bad maybe in another lifetime a friend and she didnt not attack even after she was shot. SCythe then said " as long as you dont get in the way of us killing your mother, or make anymore trouble that Spera has to get involved with, i will let you go." Scythe heard a few growls of dragons behind her who dissagreed.

Scythe then turned around and snapped at them " that is enough! i will later explain my decision for this once we are in a safer location! but for now you we will stick together and kill Enlightenment, i have an idea in mind for what to do with Enligthenment" she then turned backaround to face Darkmount, she didnt say anything but he expression said clearly ' go before i change my mind '

She walked out of the room. To him. To Heterometreus.

Midnight nodded. "Okay, I'll give you the trust that I'd give any enemy who'd trust me." She placed her gun on the floor, and kicked it away. "Of course you don't want Me to fight you. You'd die. I don't know if I want to bother with trying anymore." Midnight crossed her talons. "With salvaging. I can shut down my emotions in an instant. I can kill anyone, with no problems with it. But, do I want to?" She asked herself that question. She thought about it. "Perhaps not. Just because I can doesn't mean I should, I suppose." She looked down at her gun. She looked at Musk. "You know, I thought about shooting myself. I thought about getting drunk. I did get drunk. And it felt good. I didn't have to worry about you, or anyone." She remarked coldly.

Wolf thrashed fora few second before calming down again, he opened his eyes slowly and took a look around, his head pounded, it was probably just from Scythe slamming his head down, Wolf groaned as he remebered that he had attacked Scythe. he was glad that Scythe had not even used full strength on him, he could tell that Scythe had been holding back.

Wolf slowly sat up ,his head was back to normal now and he could think straight, by Scythe slamming his head on the ground it seemed to shatter the bad memrioes, his head was still like a war torn battlefeild but now it was calm.

"Then perhaps you shouldn't." Musky turned himself away. "I believe we've both changed since we last met, Midnight. A lot. Too much." Something shiny and small glinted in his talons. He turned back to Midnight. "We used to be friends. Used to be close. If you don't want to try to bring that back anymore, than neither do I." He threw the knife, hitting her in the chest. It wouldn't kill her, but it would most certainly hurt. A lot.

Hetero saw Darkmount come back. "You're back! I missed you!" Then he noticed the blood on her legs. "What happened? What did they do to you?!" He snarled. "Tell me who did it, my Queen. I'll personally tear them apart... For you."

Musky broke down again. "I'm evil, I'm evil, I'm evil." He kept saying it over and over, and began to bang his snout on the floor, covering it with his wing.

"You aren't evil." She said.

"Hello, friends," He said to the guards. "And, my Queen." He bowed his head to Enlightenment, and the guards looked among themselves quizically. "You don't know me, but my name is Swoop. One of Arbitrium's most important ambassadors. I've come to offer you a deal."

Like she should have done something. She could have. Midnight looked down at the barrel of the gun, and slammed it on the ground. She turned, and started walking off, clenching her jaw.

These other dragons looked as though they trusted him, but he knew that they didn't, not after what he'd done; what he'd said. He knew noone trusted him.

Scythe ran up to Enlightenment, forced open Enlightenments mouth and breathed down the rest of all her gas breath, when she exhausted all of her gas, she watched as Enlightenment sputtered some gas out before falling dead.

    • Scythe saw Midnight walk away with her talons in her coat pockets, Scythe looked at Swoops corpse, and then and all of the troops with blood on their talons and snouts.

Scythe couldnt say she lived for fighting, but she didnt know what she would do after this was all over, all the more reason to figure out she supposed. Scythe had always been fighting for her life and for Wolfs, she had always been doing somehting, but when this was over, sure there would be things to do. but it would be slow.

Scythe would have time to think of the future, not just planning for attacks or the like, but what would happen in the years to come and what she should do.

But Scythe shook it away as she tried to settle down all her troops and get the prisoners back to Spera camp.

Wolf was okay now, his head had stopped pounding. he realized that once the Factions were gone, that Spera would win and that things would most likely slow. he had always thought about the future, unlike Scythe he had wondered hwat had been in store for him in the coming years.

Wolf looked at Muskellunge pacing and looking nervous around Jack and Cactus, so Wolf said to him " Muskelunge, you think that Jack and Cactus will attack you? you have done nothing to them. Me on the other hand have something to hate you for. you bashed me on my head and took me away from my sister, you then took me here where my hea was messed with and caused me much suffering. but even with all that, im not mad, in fact i forgive you. i know it wasnt you, so dint worry about it"

Wintercrest had no idea what she was doing, but she quietly scooted closer to cactus. she hoped he didnt notice. she was just moving closer to him because she was making sure he was okay, as was her job.... right?

Fallen-leaf helped Scythe gather up the troops and take some of the prisoners back to the Spera camp. Fallen-leaf had lead the first attack against the Brainwashed dragons, she had gotten there before Scythe and fought with all her might. but now the battle was over and the busy, tediuos work was about to begin.

    • Desertstorm was happy in aweird way. At last her brother was avenged, but she still had to kill the dragon that had murdered her adopted sister and mother. She intended to stay here for a while at least to help clean stuff up.

    • Frostwind sighed. She felt like it was over. Shiver would wake up, and everything would be normal. Normal. Huh. She looked down at the note in her talons. She put it into her pocket.

Suddenly, someone almost fell from one of the tunnels. She whipped around, and saw...

"Skyfault! What-?" The Skywing was injured, and she was practically gasping for breath. "They... He..." She sounded like she was dying. Frostwind ran up to her, putting her talon on her shoulder. A few of the others had entered the scene. "Get the medics! Quickly!"

Frantic feet. Frostwind's eyes were filled with worry as she watched her friend being carried away. No. Something wasn't right.

    • Wintercrest shot up off the ground as she heard someone call out, get the medics!.

Wintercrest helped take away the Skywing to the main medic setup. Wintercrest pushed away a few of the lesser taught medic, she then put her ear to the Skywings chest, she then shouted out " Fluid is filling up his lungs! get me something narrow and sharp now!"

once a hollow sharp tube was brought to her, she quickly stabbed it into the bottem of his lungs and watched releived as fluid began to spill out of it.

She then told one of the more expereinced medics " fluid is draining from his lungs, but they will need to be clamped once it has finished" the medic nodded and went over to the Skywings side as he waited for the fluid to finish draining.

    • Skyfault's ears went down. Ow. Memory's spilled into her mind.

His ears twicthed as he walked around Skyfault, smirking. "I don't really believe a Skywing like you should be all alone."

Skyfault rolled her eyes as she snarled at him. "I can handle myself." The Nightwing chuckled. "Lets see, then, shall we?"

It looked like his chest had just moved. Maybe she was- whatever. She walked over to the SkyWing and the others. "Sky fault..." She murmured softly. She found his name.

Cactus looked up. He stood. He wished he could help. He touched his head. He couldn't.

Jack stood and glanced at Musk. What to do, what to do.

"I don't know why I even-" he stopped. He touched his silver cross necklace. "I don't know." He murmured. He was just a SkyWing. Most said he had some other blood in him. He didn't act like one, at all. Barely looked like one. Huh.

He had stopped laughing. He took off his necklace. He held it up. The Bellatore symbol was on the back of it. "I'd meet up with her at midnight. Fitting." He shrugged. "I wanted to get stronger. Show her that I could be strong, even if I wasn't a Bellatore. Impress her dad, even." He glanced down. "And I did. He gave me the necklace. It wasn't meant to be." He shook his head slowly. "I couldn't, she couldn't." He dropped the necklace. He was quiet. Memories. "But that was a long time ago." He said abruptly.
