(This scavenger character belongs to JadeSky2468. If you would like to use her, please contact me.) Kendra is a female scavenger with wavy dark brown hair, light skin, freckles, and brown eyes. She is 14 (in scavenger years) and is currently living in Purpose, a scavenger-populated city.
History[]
Kendra was born in a scavenger settlement called Sunrise City, which was in the middle of the Kingdom of Sand. However, Sunrise City was attacked by SandWings and the scavengers were forced to evacuate. Sadly, most of them were killed mercilessly by Blister's troops. Only five years old, Kendra fled the city with her parents, but they were murdered before they got to safety. Lost and alone, Kendra didn't get far before she was overtaken by a violent sandstorm. She might have died, if not for a group of kind SandWing dragons who rescued her. Kendra stayed secretly with the SandWings for 5 years, but, feeling that it was best for her to interact with other scavengers, the SandWings brought her to the scavenger city called "Purpose", hoping that she would find a better life than they could give her. Kendra now resides happily in Purpose. She will never forget her dragon friends.
Personality[]
Kendra is a good interactor with other scavengers though she needs her space, too. She is honest, open-minded, friendly, and loyal. Sometimes, she seems to have this intuition of knowing exactly what someone else is feeling. Kendra is not afraid to speak up and add her own ideas. However, she has an ability to hold grudges for very long periods of time. She can also be critical, isolated, moody, and quick to speak.
Abilities[]
Kendra has no out of the ordinary abilities, but she relies on her intelligence, her empathy, and her wit to guide her along the way. While living with her SandWing rescuers, she picked up on a bit of Dragon, and can use her limited language to help her communicate. Kendra has also learned to be resourceful and can usually throw together simple tools to make whatever she's doing easier.
Weapons[]
Kendra carries a small dagger in her shoe just in case she runs into any trouble. She rarely wants to or needs to fight, so she does not own many weapons.
Hobbies[]
Kendra does not have much work to busy herself with these days, though she will help out with anything that is needed to get done in Purpose. Instead, she has developed some hobbies to occupy her time.
Kendra has begun to enjoy curling up with an interesting scroll, usually found in the village's library. She is particularly interested in history- both scavenger and dragon alike. She has also started to pick up various forms of art and learning how to create her own items. Her favorite activity is sculpting, though she isn't very good at it. Kendra also loves gardening, friendly sports competitions, and socializing.
