But... Mother and father thought he was dead. They didn't really care about him anymore. He supposed he could go try... He saw a few NightWings passing by, staring at him, and laughing. Only now he noticed that his eyes were blank and he was daydreaming. He looked back at them and shook his head.

Chapter 2[]
Moon had never been so embarrassed. She didn't want to think about what happened just a few hours ago. It was horrifying, and she was in a very distraught mood. As she thought about this, she heard claw steps from the cave and saw that it was Winter.
Not now! Her mind shuddered.
"Hey, Moon... There's been something I've been wanting to tell you for a long time."
Moon sighed, "Yes?"
"Alright... So um... You know... I-I have been... I um..."
"Just tell me. It's just us h-"
"I LOVE YOU!" Winter blurted, accidentally. Moon's ears pricked up and she went wide eyed.
Chapter 3[]
He did it.
He told her.
He finally told her.
"Winter..." Moon stared at him for a long time. Then finally, she got up out of her cave and flew outside as fast as she could. Winter never knew how wrong that would go...
He searched for her outside and saw her in a little cave by herself.
"Sorry..." he said. Moon looked up at him.
"No, no, I should be the one to say sorry." Moon said. "I was just surprised. It's okay. I love you too." Moon went under Winter's wing. Winter slowly, slowly smiled.
Chapter 4[]
About a week passed when Winter told Moon that he loved her. They would always be together during class, although she hid it from her friends. In her way to the history cave, Qibli caught her.
"Hey, Moon!" He said. "Watcha doin'?" His face was full of delight as always.
"Just heading to history class, nothing else."
"Could we walk together?"
"Sure." Moon had never noticed Qibli after Winter told her. As they got to class, Winter was very late.
"Where is he?" Moon asked.
"I don't know. Hey Moon, can I tell you... Ah, never mind. Just, here. Have this bracelet. It suits you!" Qibli nodded his head and Webs began to talk.
"Thanks! It's beautiful!" Moon said, and slipped it on. Qibli suddenly seemed real charming... But Web's droning really put her to sleep. Winter wasn't at class at all, but Moon never noticed. Her eyes were fixed onto Qibli as he nicely watched Webs speak. He wasn't falling asleep or anything. That was good. Unlike most dragons. I
That reminded her that she shouldn't try to. Moon sat up tall, and listened. When class ended, it was lunch. Qibli and Moon sat at the same table.
"Hey, Moon, can I tell you something?" Qibli asked.
"Actually, I need to tell you something..." Moon hesitated. They both stared at each other.
"I love you!" They both said at the same time.
"WHAT?!" Moon turned around and saw Winter, with a shocked face and prey in his hand. "Moon? Did you-"
"She's mine. Got a problem?" Qibli growled.
"Yeah, I do." He turned to Moon. "I thought you said you loved me!"
"Well um..." She said. Qibli frowned slightly. "Qibli is better! He's more charming and cool-looking! Besides, you were gone for history! Why would I like someone who isn't smart?!" She snarled at him.
"THAT'S because I was getting a present for you!" Winter hissed.
"Well Qibli was smarter and did it earlier." Moon snarled. Winter immediatley dropped his prey with his shocked face and ran off.
"That's right. Run off you coward." Qibli sneered. Moon smiled. She got rid of Winter, finally, she could be with the charming Qibli.
Chapter 5[]
Turtle was scared around Qibli. The SandWing was forcing him to be quiet about what he made him do. But he was losing his soul, and Qibli kept threatening him. If only he was braver... Turtle saw Winter passing by in the hall, all grumpy looking but at the same time sad. He should tell him what Qibli made him do.
"Hey, Winter!" Turtle yelled. Winter seemed to ignore him. "Winter-"
"What?!" He snarled.
"Um... Uh..."
"Spit it out." Winter hissed.
"Okay, okay look! I'm sorry, but Qibli threatened me and forced me to enchant a bracelet that would make Moon hate you and like him. He said he would stab me, and, I didn't want to use my power..." He sighed.
"He did that?!" Winter growled. "I have to remove that bracelet. Thanks Turtle, I guess you're not a slug after all." Winter said and dashed off.
"Hey!"
Chapter 6[]
Moon and Qibli were together. He had finally stole Moon from that jerk. When they were at lunch the next day;
"Qibli, why did you give me the bracelet again?" She asked.
"Because I love you. And you look beautiful in it." He said.
"It's actually a bit tight. Not too tight that I'll take it off and never where it again, but I just want to take it off for a second-"
"NO!" Qibli grabbed her arm, and realized that he was giving it away. "You look nice in it, keep it on."
"Um... Okay...?" She put on a slight frown as they continued to eat.
"Moon!" Qibli looked up. Ugh, when will he learn? "What do you want?" Qibli growled.
"Shut it, I'm talking to Moon!" He snarled. Did he find out? Nah, he's too dumb for that, "Moon, you're under a spell, take off the bracelet!" He snarled.
"What? No she isn't!" Qibli said. But before he could stop Winter, the IceWing took it off.
Chapter 7[]
"Qibli!" Moon snarled. "You put me under a spell! You!"
"Stupid IceWing! I'll-"
"No." Moon turned and saw Turtle. "I'll use my magic to stop you. I won't let you do anything. Qibli, I thought you were my friend. Clearly you're not. Stay back. If you try anything, I won't kill you, but I'll make you regret it." Qibli stepped back and snarled. Then he ran away with anger.
"He's gone now. We can be together again." said Winter.
