Drought[]
Drought is a Sandwing that is being a great deal of trouble, but also in trouble. You wouldn't know by looking at her though. She is a normal looking Sandwing, but don't let it fool you.
Backstory[]
When Drought first joined Jade Mountain, she had no idea how treacherous her life would become. After her first day there she had made several friends and everything seemed good. After the first few days she received a strange scroll. It told her to attack the SandWing in the Quartz Winglet, 'or else'. She obviously declined and continued to go about her life. Exactly one hour after she declined the letter, They found Drought's little brother nearby, badly hurt.
Next to her brother, there was a note that said 'This is what happens when you don't do what I tell you.' Drought instantly recognized the handwriting as the same one n the strange scroll. Drought released she had to do what she was told. She kept on receiving notes like this, and the threats got worse and worse. Drought learned to not get attached to to many people, so she would feel less bad if she had to do something to them.
Whenever she decided to not do what she was told, she was threatened. The threats have gotten so big as she had to do what she was told or they would set fire to a large part of the sand wings land. Not only did Droughts family live in that area, but lots of other people would be hurt too.
Then, when Drought thought it couldn't get any worse, it did. One 'mission' the scrolls sent her on was to attack one of the teachers! When she did this mission, since the teacher was well trained at battling, she barley finished the mission. Because of this, the people sending the scrolls got mad at her, and said if she failed like this only three more times, they would do some horrifying, terrible things. The worst part, was that in that battle, Drought had injured her front leg, causing her to limp a little. This made it harder for her to sneak up on people, which was required for missions.
Now she lives in constant fear of failure, already having messed up a few images. She had become very paranoid that the people who send her strange scrolls will get her, and often has a hard time focusing. Also, since these events, Drought had had trouble trusting or caring about people, worried she will get them in trouble. She also tries to be serious, showing no signs of fear or emotion.
